World war II was at its peak.depravity was everywhere. Being the main character of the war England was most effected. Its forces were no more able to fight. Its economy was in wreckful situation. Even the war analysts were talking about the downfall of Great Britain. Meanwhile, a journalist asked to Mr. Churchill that how long Britian can resist. He replied, “as far as my courts are working , Britian will remain there. Justice is a natural importunity and basic right of every human being. It is also a miracle of nature that where it makes a justice a basic right there it also blessed everyone with the abilities of arbitrator. Everyone who just has a common sense can easily distinguish between what is wrong and what is right. For instance, if you take new born baby away from his mother’s lap, he’ll start screeching. It does mean that even a new born baby has got a desire for justice. And with the increasing age the ability of arbitration and desire for justice kept increasing too.
A survival of any society is not based on law but it depends either justice is available there or not. A well renowned islamic scholar once said, ” a society based on infidelity can survive but a society based on brutalism can not”. The lack of justice makes the people rebels to their system. After then “might is right”, and atlast ruined society. In our books of law , the basic definition of law is illustrated as,”law is nothing but common sense”. Law should be look like this definition but in actual the situation is quite different. We often listen: According to article bla bla of constitute this ordinance states that all those ‘honourable persons’ who had looted the billions of rupees of nation are not accountable. Does common sense accept this? According to law if you’ve committed a crime before this date then you are not answerable to anyone, but if you’ve done anything wrong after this date then you’re answerable. Does common sense accept this? According to article bla bla the head of state can enjoy immunity. he has a right to do whatever he wants to do. Does common sense accept this? By mixing article bla and article bla, the article bla and bla expresses that all rich ones has a right to not to take care of any merit. Does common sense accept this?
And after all this, the law makers came out of their bunkers and raise a slogan of “rule of law” and dishonoured the pious word “justice” under their feet. And then provide law to their satanic masters. People wrongly said that in our society law is being sold. No, not the law but corrupt people. And law provide this opportunity to them. If the justice will be provided instead of law, then no one could snatch the right of poors. This is why we should raise a slogan of “rule of justice”. We dont have any lack of law knowing persons and we also dont have any lack of laws. What we lack is justice and those who provide justice. If we want survival of our society we then have to establish jusice in our society. Justice is a only thing which can help us to save our society otherwise vice versa.
Where is the justice in this world?
where is the justice? I feel bored

without the justice I cant live
Yeah! we all cant live.
If the injustice disappeared
You will find the justice appear.
Answer me, answer now.
So, we can live peacefully right now.
